Payroll services

Payroll done right, on time, every time

Managing payroll and staying compliant with labor laws, without the penalties. Designed for the way South Florida businesses actually pay their people.

Payroll is where small mistakes get expensive

Miss a tax deposit and you can be assessed penalties and interest. Misclassify a worker and you may owe back taxes. Send a W-2 with the wrong number and you’ll be correcting it in January. Payroll rewards precision and punishes guesswork, which is exactly why owners are glad to hand it off.

Our payroll services are designed to meet the needs of South Florida businesses across industries. Whether you pay employees weekly, biweekly or monthly, we handle everything from calculations to deposits.

What’s included

  • Wage and salary processing
  • Payroll tax withholding and submission
  • Year-end W-2 and 1099 generation
  • Direct deposit setup
  • Local, state and federal compliance
  • Payroll journal entries in your books

Wage and salary processing

Hourly, salaried, tipped and overtime-eligible employees each have different rules. We calculate gross-to-net accurately each pay period, apply deductions and keep records of every run, on the schedule that suits your cash flow.

Payroll tax withholding and submission

Federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare are withheld and deposited on time. Florida has no state personal income tax, so there’s no state income-tax withholding, but employers still owe Florida reemployment tax, and we keep those obligations on your radar alongside the federal ones.

Year-end W-2 and 1099 forms

Employee W-2s and contractor 1099s are due to recipients by January 31. We assemble them from a year of clean payroll data, so filing season is a non-event rather than a scramble.

Direct deposit

We set up direct deposit for your team so paychecks land on time without you cutting checks by hand, and employees can count on a consistent payday.

Local, state and federal compliance

We stay up to date on labor regulations and tax law, so your business avoids costly penalties and stays focused on growth. Our team reviews every payroll run before submission, and if a mistake ever slips through, we correct it promptly and handle any related filings or adjustments at no additional cost. That includes the basics that trip up new employers: correct worker classification, new-hire reporting, and keeping required payroll records.

Payroll that matches your books

The biggest hidden cost of payroll is the reconciliation between your payroll provider and your accounting. When we run both, payroll journal entries, tax liabilities and deposits post to your books automatically. Your balance sheet shows exactly what you owe in payroll taxes, and your profit and loss reflects real labor cost, so you can see whether that new hire is paying for themselves.

Payroll for the industries we serve

Tipped restaurant staff, contractors with subcontractors on 1099s, medical practices with clinical and administrative teams, and real-estate offices with commission-based agents each have distinct payroll needs. See how we handle them for restaurants, contractors, medical practices and real estate.

How do you handle payroll taxes?

We calculate, withhold and submit all required payroll taxes on your behalf, including federal, state and local obligations. We also stay current on changing tax laws so you’re never caught off guard.

Yes. We manage both W-2 employees and 1099 independent contractors, including year-end form generation and filing support.

Our team reviews every payroll run before submission to minimize errors. In the rare event of a mistake, we correct it promptly and handle any related filings or adjustments at no additional cost.

We actively monitor federal, state and local labor regulations and tax law changes. When laws change, we update our processes and notify affected clients so your business avoids penalties and stays on the right side of compliance.
